Cooking Bag Instructions
1. Preheat oven to no higher than 350o
F.
2. Shake 1 tablespoon of flour in bag.
Flour absorbs oil and prevents bursting.
3. Place bag in roasting pan at least 2" deep.
Don't let the bag overhang sides.
4. Add meat and seasoning to bag.
5. Close bag with nylon tie provided.
6. Cut six ½" slits in top of bag.
7. Place in oven and cook until meat reaches desired
temperature.
8. After cooking, let stand for 15 minutes.
9. To open, slit open bag.
